Special Occasion - $2,900
Interested in hosting a birthday party, rehearsal dinner, or reception? One Eleven East is the perfect location! Contact us to check availability + book your event.
With our Special Occasion offering, you'll get an 8 hour venue rental for your event. This package is available to book Monday through Thursday. Friday through Sunday can be booked 90 days out, pending availability.

Short & Sweet - $1,800
Interested in hosting an intimate, non-wedding event in our space? One Eleven East is the perfect location for bridal showers, baby showers, kids' birthday parties, retirement parties, corporate events and more!
With our Short + Sweet offering, you'll get a 5 hour venue rental for your event. If your event falls on a Friday-Sunday, it can be booked 90 days or less from the event date. Contact us to check availability and book your event.

With our Meet + Eat offering, we require a 2 hour minimum venue rental for your event. This
rental rate is available Monday through Thursday only between the hours of 7am and 6pm.

Studio Rates
One Eleven East makes the perfect backdrop for photo sessions + video shoots. We rent out the space for all kinds of photo + video shoots including engagements, bridals, boudoir, family sessions, styled shoots, branding shoots, dance + fitness shoots, commercial shoots, and more! With a clean, white backdrop and hardwood floors throughout the space, One Eleven East is a blank canvas for you to shoot against, either as-is or decorated to your specific style.
Hourly - $120/hr
Half Day (4 hours) - $450
Full Day (9 hours) - $900
