How do we reserve One Eleven East for our event?

In order to reserve a date, 50% of the rental rate is due along with a signed contract.

Does One Eleven East have its own furniture and rentals?

We do not; please email us for a list of the local rental vendors.

10th Collection Event Rentals is conveniently located next door to One Eleven East and has curated an incredibly unique collection. This team has hand selected rentals that beautifully compliment the venue's aesthetic and will be sure to elevate any event at One Eleven East. 10th Collection offers furniture packages as an option to help simplify the rental services; these curated packages allow you the flexibility to complete your vision seamlessly and give your event a sophisticated look without the hassle.

The venue was designed to be a flexible and transformable space, and we encourage you to bring in any rentals that meets the functional and aesthetic needs of your own event - to truly make it unique. As a reminder, One Eleven is a non-exclusive venue; the 10th Collection packages are offered as a curated and convenient option for our clients.

Does One Eleven East allow us to bring in our own vendors?

One Eleven East has an open vendor policy which allows our clients to hire any licensed and insured vendor. We have a prep kitchen that is available for your caterer’s use during your rental term (see The Space page).

May we bring in our own alcohol for our event?

Yes, you may. All alcohol must be surrendered to and served by a TABC certified bartender.

Where do our guests park?

There is ample street parking on East Street and Farley Street as well as the other neighboring streets in downtown Hutto that are all within a short walk. There is also a surface parking lot a block away, across from the Texan Cafe. All of this parking is ' first come, first served ' and free to the public.
